Warranty

At North Shore Auto Body, we stand behind every repair, replacement, and service we perform. Our Limited Warranty provides coverage for the original owner of the vehicle listed on the work order and is valid for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty applies only to the person named and is non-transferable.

Metalwork Coverage

All metal repairs, including welding and structural materials used in collision repairs, are protected under a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This covers cracking, flaking, or deterioration resulting from workmanship or materials. Rust repairs are not included. Warranted metalwork will be repaired or repainted as needed.

Paint, Stripes & Decals

We guarantee all painting, priming, and refinishing work against peeling, blistering, hazing, or excessive color loss. Decorative stripes and decals are covered for adhesion and appearance, excluding damage caused by extreme environmental exposure. Any warranted areas will be repainted, restriped, or redecaled as necessary. Rust-related issues are excluded.

Mechanical Repairs

Mechanical work related directly to collision damage is covered under a Lifetime Limited Warranty, ensuring your vehicle’s safety and proper operation.

Parts Warranty

New parts installed at our shop carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty, unless the manufacturer provides a shorter or longer coverage period. Our warranty does not exceed the manufacturer’s warranty.

Limitations and Conditions

Warranty covers repair, replacement, or refinishing at North Shore Auto Body’s discretion.

Warranty is valid only for the original owner of the vehicle.

Warranty becomes void if the vehicle is altered, tampered with, or serviced by unauthorized personnel.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Towing, rental vehicles, or travel costs

Damages caused by rust or corrosion

Consequential damages not directly related to the repair work

Parts or assemblies not specified in this warranty

Owner Responsibilities

To use this warranty, the vehicle owner must:

Present a copy of this warranty when requesting service

Have all warranty repairs performed at North Shore Auto Body during normal business hours
